As a growing organization with a strong reputation and a contract with the Department of Social Development, we take pride in supporting clients throughout Saint John and surrounding areas—right in the comfort of their homes.

Now Hiring: Personal Support Workers (PSWs)

Whether you are a certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA)—or someone aspiring to enter this rewarding field—we want to hear from you. We also offer Foundational Training in PSW for motivated individuals without formal certification but who are committed to a career in caregiving.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (certified PSWs start at the top rate)

  • Full-time hours: 30–40 hours per week

  • Flexible scheduling: Day, evening, and overnight shifts available

Position Overview

As a PSW with Senior Caring Home Support, you will assist clients with:

  • Personal care and hygiene

  • Light housekeeping and laundry

  • Meal preparation and nutrition support

  • Medication reminders

  • Companionship and emotional support

All services are delivered in accordance with individualized care plans developed in collaboration with health professionals and family members.

Requirements

To be considered for a position, applicants must provide:

  • PSW/PCA certificate (or equivalent) – or willingness to enroll in our Entry-Level PSW Program

  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification

  • Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check

  • Department of Social Development (DSD) Record Check
